Fruit powders are 100% natural with no added preservatives or additives. Their beneficial nutrients remain intact during the Freeze Drying Process. Alufoil packets in 100 gr. and 500 gr. sizes of Acai, Passion Fruit and Mango are offered for retail use; larger size packaging for wholesale or industrial use. Fruit pieces – suitable for snacking, adding to cereals and other uses can be made to order, as can bulk size quantities of other fruit powder varieties.

Mango is the second highest produced tropical fruit in the world behind banana. It is widely grown in Brazil in the states of Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais, Bahia and Pernambuco from where the fruits are exported to all parts of the world. Passionfruit is native to Brazil and is grown throughout the country, in particular the North East region with Bahia being the largest producer. There are approximately 150 species of Passionfruit in Brazil, 60 of which produce edible fruits.

Passion Fruit & Pineapple Smoothie:

Ingredients:

4 heaped teaspoons of Passion fruit powder
400 ml of freshly pressed sweet Costa Rican pineapple
Optional – add a little crushed ice

Firstly add to blender 3-4 heaped teaspoons of passion fruit (Maracuja) powder followed by 400ml of freshly pressed sweet Costa Rican pineapple. Blend together in liquidizer. (Variation – Use 400 ml. of freshly squeezed orange juice in place of pineapple or alternatively add a banana). (Optional – add a little crushed ice)

Mango & Orange Smoothie:

Ingredients:

4-5 heaped teaspoons of mango powder
400 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
Optional – add a little crushed ice

Add 4-5 heaped teaspoons of Mango powder to blender followed by 400 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, blend together (Variation – Use 400 ml of freshly pressed sweet Costa Rican pineapple in place of orange juice or alternatively add a few strawberries). (Optional – add a little crushed ice)
